Pario Solutions and Kaplan Telephone Company Sign 5-Year Hosted Mobile Services and Supplier Agreement

Eatontown, NJ — Pario Solutions, Inc. a Nokia GSM Value Added Reseller (VAR) that serves rural operators in the United States and Canada, today announced that Kaplan Telephone Company (KTC), has signed a 5-year hosting agreement for GSM voice switching services and GPRS/EDGE data services. Under the contract, Pario will also provide equipment installation, commissioning, integration, software upgrades and solutions for Kaplan’s cellular network.

KTC, headquartered in Kaplan Louisiana, selected Pario to provide the GSM switching services that were previously provided by another carrier. “With our previous switch share provider, Kaplan was restricted to voice only services, limiting us to what we could offer our subscribers. With Pario, we have a full suite of hosted services to choose from, including data,” said Bryan Matthews, Manager of Wireless Services. “By working with Pario, Kaplan will be able to provide new services to our business and residential customers.”

Kaplan plans to launch the mobile services that will be hosted by Pario by the end of 2006.
