Pario Solutions Extends Hosted Services Agreement with Convey Wireless

Lutz, Florida—Pario Solutions, Inc., a hosted mobile services provider, announced today that they have signed an amendment to their existing hosted services agreement with Convey Wireless of Boulder, Colorado. Under the amendment, Pario will install and support background core platforms that will enable Convey to deliver nationwide prepaid, machine to machine, and postpaid data services to mobile handsets. Services are expected to launch in January of 2008.

“This agreement solidifies and demonstrates Conveys confidence in Pario to deliver state of the art hosted services,” said James O’Reilly, VP of Business Development at Pario. “Pario initially provided SMS and GPRS solutions for Convey’s parent company Telemetrix. Shortly afterward, we provided network engineering and a build out of GSM cell sites in Convey’s network with more planned. Today, we’re expanding our core and integrating platforms that will enable them to roll out an innovative nationwide service.”

Since the migration to a new Nokia R4 switch in October of 2006, Convey Wireless has been focused on providing value-added GSM services to its customers through the development of a mix of services targeting both businesses and consumers. “At today's breakneck pace of business, companies and individuals need more ways than ever to keep in touch, and the easier the better,” said Charles LaCroix, COO of Convey Wireless. “Convey Wireless’s innovative product and service offerings provide the best advantages with services that include prepaid SMS, Voice, Data and Dispatch (Push to Talk). The wireless industry has and will continue to have unique needs as it continues its meteoric growth. Companies must develop an innovative solution to meet these needs by integrating both processing and fulfillment to deliver custom prepaid programs quickly. Our company, with the assistance of our strategic partner Pario Solutions, is being built with the intention of providing our customers all of the customized postpaid and prepaid services they need with seamless integration and execution, and we are determined to be very successful in achieving that goal.”
