IP PBX Services
Pario offers an open source IP PBX solution that replaces traditional PBX services with feature rich call services that are delivered via VoIP to any IP connected desktop, SIP enabled phone or WiFi device. Company communications can be improved and costs can be minimized with VoIP technology that delivers voice services to employees regardless of their physical location, whether they are across town or across the globe.
Why IP PBX
Businesses can use a single mobile device/handset as the point of contact for their employees eliminating the use, and costs, of traditional PBXs and analog phones. With a WiFi device and in-building router, home offices, branch offices and remote employees can initiate and receive inter-office calls, international calls, call recording, voice conferencing, and more. Employees that travel can communicate at airports or WiFi “hotspots”, improving productivity for the mobile workforce. Additionally, mobile data services such as Push email, attachments, contacts and calendar information are available on these devices empowering employees with the most advanced communication tools.
Network Topology
Organizations can purchase an IP PBX solution directly from Pario. Pario’s team of professionals will install the IP PBX and wireless router at the enterprise’s home office. Additional wireless routers are required in the branch offices and employee’s home office locations. Necessary software is loaded onto employees’ laptops and mobile devices. The Pario team will configure the IP PBX in order to route calls according to the company’s specifications. Employees will be able to receive calls and/or messages regardless of their location. Pario’s team of professionals will install, commission, integrate and test the solution to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Domestic Calls: Inter-company calls are simply dialed from one employee to another by using an extension number. The PBX will route the voice call to a WiFi mobile device, IP Soft phone, SIP enabled desktop phone, mobile device or analog phone until the call is answered or a voice message is recorded. Both domestic and international calls are sent VoIP, significantly reducing the cost of communications.
- International Calls: Voice calls are routed from Pario’s Hosted IP PBX solution via an international VoIP carrier to the enterprise’s international employee’s wireless device, soft phone, analog phone, etc. The call travels VoIP, minimizing the cost of a call from Pario’s IP PBX to the call recipient.
